first_imgMotorola’s been leaking information like a sieve lately, and the most recent information to escape the company’s grasp are photos of what many are thinking is the long-awaited, long-delayed Droid Bionic 4G LTE phone destined for Verizon Wireless. The images, obtained by the site MobileGearz, are reportedly of the upcoming device which now sports an 8-megapixel camera on the back with LED flash, and the ability to dock into one of the Motorola Laptop Docks that AT&T users could buy with the Atrix.AdChoices广告Whether or not the phone is actually the Bionic is up for grabs: the phone seems to have the shelf-like bottom lip that’s only seen on models with slide-out keyboards, like the Motorola Droid 3. At the same time, the rubberized bottom definitely says “Verizon 4G LTE” on it, so unless the Droid 3 will support the Laptop Dock and is a 4G device, it’s definitely the Bionic (unless the images themselves are fake, which is also a possibility.)There’s not too much we can tell from the images aside from the laptop dock compatibility and the 8-megapixel rear camera. There’s also clearly a front-facing camera, and the phone is running Android Gingerbread (2.3) modded with Motorola‘s MotoBlur UI on top of it, but that’s about it. A close-up of the camera shows us that it can shoot HD video in 1080p, but that’s about all we know.Where MobileGearz got the info is anyone’s guess, but one of the leaked images shows a document in the background printed in Chinese, so this may be a leak from a manufacturing facility. There’s no word on whether the Bionic retained its dual-core processor as well as the 4G LTE radio, but we’ll have to wait and find out when Motorola says something official about the device.Read more at MobileGearz via Electronistalast_img
