Ask a Resume Writer: Where Do I Start? One of the most important things for a job seeker is to find the right job with as little stress and time spent as possible. Now, finding a job that fits your life has never been easier.Glassdoor gives job seekers all the jobs and all the information in one place. Therefore, over the past year, we have improved our job search experience to not only meet, but exceed, expectations. The same survey revealed that 93% of job seekers today want to be informed about all aspects of a company prior to accepting a job. And that’s just what we’re giving them. On Glassdoor, job seekers can view the latest job openings & descriptions on one screen, as well as see company-specific workplace insights from employees, and can explore engaging videos and photos showing a unique view into the cultures of companies. However, one of the most frustrating things about applying to a new job is how long you have to wait before you can even broach the topic of salary. With Glassdoor’s new Salary Estimates in job listings, that frustration is a thing of the past.“Job seekers consistently report that they want more pay information before applying to a job. They don’t want to waste time applying and interviewing for jobs that don’t meet their needs and expectations. We believe salary estimates in job listings will better match the right people with the right employers by removing the guesswork that surrounds pay when applying to a job,” said Heather Gordon Friedland, Glassdoor chief product officer. With hundreds of job search sites on the web, it’s easy to think that they’re all the same. But they’re not. Why is searching for a job better on Glassdoor?
